Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of DexSuite, a desktop app for Windows and macOS that offers optimization, cleanup, system control and restore tools.

2. Plans and licenses

Free plan

Available free of charge. It includes the essential DexSuite modules and can be downloaded directly from the website. No license required.

Advanced and Pro plans

They require the purchase of a one-time license. The license is personal, non-transferable and tied to the hardware of the device on which it is activated (HWID). Transferring, reselling or using it simultaneously on more than one device is prohibited.

3. Permitted use

The user may:

• Install and use DexSuite on the device linked to their license.
• Make backup copies of the installer for personal use.

The user may not:

• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the software.
• Decompile, disassemble or attempt to obtain the source code.
• Remove or modify intellectual property notices.
• Use the software for unlawful purposes or ones that harm third parties.

4. Updates

DexSuite includes automatic updates built into the installer itself. Paid plans may include additional updates as published on the website at the time of purchase.

5. Warranties and limitation of liability

DexSuite is in beta and under continuous development. It may contain bugs, behave unexpectedly, and its features may be added, changed or removed without prior notice. By installing or using the software, the user accepts its preliminary nature and uses it at their own risk.

DexSuite is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind beyond those legally required for consumers in Spain. The owner is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the software, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The user is responsible for backing up their data before applying any change to the system.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

In accordance with art. 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital license has been generated and delivered, provided the user gave express consent to the immediate start of delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal upon completing the purchase.

By completing the payment process and receiving the license, the user confirms that they have been informed and accept these conditions.

In the event of a serious defect in the product, write to contact@dexsuite.app. Claims will be resolved as quickly as possible and always within the limits set by current consumer regulations.

7. Minimum age

Use of DexSuite and the purchase of licenses is reserved for people over 18. Minors need the express authorization of their parent or legal guardian.

8. Changes

The owner may modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the software after the new terms take effect implies acceptance of them.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdictions in consumer matters.
