End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter, the "EULA") governs the use of the DexSuite software and is entered into between the owner of DexSuite (hereinafter, "the owner") and the natural or legal person who downloads, installs or uses the software (hereinafter, "the user").

By installing or using DexSuite, the user declares that they have read and accepted this EULA. If they do not agree, they must not install or use the software.

2. Grant of license

The owner grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable license to install and use DexSuite according to the plan purchased:

  • Free plan: free, with no associated license. Includes the essential modules.
  • Advanced and Pro plans: one-time payment. The license is tied to the hardware of the device on which it is activated (HWID identifier) and enables the features of the corresponding plan.

The license does not imply a sale of the software, but the grant of a right of use under the terms described here. Ownership of the software remains with the owner.

3. Restrictions

The user may not:

  • Transfer, resell, rent, lend or sublicense the software or its license.
  • Use the same license on more than one device simultaneously.
  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or obtain the source code.
  • Modify, adapt or create derivative works of the software.
  • Remove or alter intellectual property notices, trademarks or identifiers.
  • Use the software for unlawful purposes or ones that harm third parties.

4. Intellectual property

DexSuite, its code, interface, logos, name and documentation are the exclusive property of the owner and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. This EULA does not transfer any ownership right to the user beyond the license of use granted.

5. Beta phase and updates

DexSuite is in beta and under continuous development. It may contain bugs and its features may be added, changed or removed without prior notice. The software includes automatic updates; by using it, the user agrees to receive them.

6. Warranties and liability

The software is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind beyond those legally required for consumers in Spain. The user is responsible for backing up their data before applying changes to the system. The owner is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the software, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Term and termination

The license is indefinite unless the EULA is breached. Breach of any of its clauses entitles the owner to revoke the license, in which case the user must cease use and uninstall the software.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data associated with the license and the application is governed by the Privacy policy. DexSuite does not send usage data or telemetry; it only connects to check whether a new version is available.

9. Applicable law

This EULA is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdictions in consumer matters.
